With over 20 years in the fencing industry and more than 2,000 fences installed across the Perth metropolitan area, Tim Utting is the voice at the other end of the phone, the person who walks your boundary during the quote, and the one coordinating with your neighbours when the job involves multiple properties. It is a role that sounds simple until you realise how much of a fencing project lives or dies on clear communication.

Tim co-founded Fosters Fencing in 2011 with David Fallows, and between them they bring 35 years of combined experience to every job. The business covers colorbond fencing, licensed asbestos removal, engineered panel and post retaining walls, aluminium slat installations, pool fencing, security fencing, and custom gate fabrication. Tim oversees the quoting, the scheduling, and the client relationship from first call to final walkthrough. He is also on site for every build, because he learned early in his career that the gap between what a customer expects and what gets built usually comes down to a conversation that did not happen.

He also holds a Certificate III in Bricklaying, which adds a broader construction foundation to his fencing expertise.
